Blackout Dynamics Wins 2022 Ballistic’s Best award
Phoenix, Arizona – Blackout Dynamics is pleased to announce they have won Ballistic’s Best “Best Semi-Auto/AR-15 Rifle” award. The Quantum Mark 2 rifle claims the accolades, beating out some of the top names in the industry.
